Refund Policy – GenDesk Ltd

GenDesk provides AI-powered receptionist and scheduling services on a subscription basis. Because our Service is delivered digitally and made available immediately, we use the following refund rules:

1. Subscription Renewals

  • Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.
  • You may cancel any time; access remains until the end of the current paid period, and you won’t be charged again.

2. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount), contact us within 14 days. If confirmed, we will issue a refund or credit.

3. Service Issues

If serious, ongoing technical issues prevent use as intended, contact us with details. We may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund, credit, or extended access.
